About

Scope

Standardization of general boundary dimensions, tolerances, tolerance definitions, symbols and vocabulary for all types of rolling bearings. This includes the coordination of dimensions and tolerances and responsibility for advising and introduction of the use of geometrical product specifications (GPS) in all applicable standards developed within ISO/TC 4.

Excluded: Linear motion rolling bearings since they fall within the scope of ISO/TC 4/SC 11
